Text message (SMS) terms
Who sends these texts. Yampah Rising, LLC, doing business as Yampah Spa & Vapor Caves, 709 E 6th St, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601. Our website is www.yampahvaporcaves.com; yampah.com and yampahspa.com are also ours. Our texts come from +1 970 945 3072.
What you will receive. When you give us your mobile number while booking, checking in on our iPad or kiosk, or signing our waiver, we text you about your visit: booking confirmations, reminders, receipts, wristband and locker notices (with a secure link if a posted fee applies), and replies to anything you text us. We do not send offers or marketing texts unless you separately tick the "offers" box.
How often. Message frequency varies with your visit; about 3 to 5 messages per visit. If you opt in to offers: about 2 a month.
Cost. Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing more. Reply START to rejoin. You can also ask us to stop by calling or emailing (below).
Help. Reply HELP to any message, call 970-945-0667, or email reservations@yampahspa.com.
Links in our texts. Every link goes to go.yampah.com, our own short-link domain, and opens one of our own pages. We never ask for card numbers by text. If a text asks you for a card number, it is not from us.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy. See our privacy policy at https://www.yampahvaporcaves.com/privacy-policy. Your mobile number and your texting consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
How you opt in. You give us your number, and see this notice, on one of these screens: the check-in iPad at our front desk or the self-service kiosk at our front desk. Each shows: "We'll text you about this visit (confirmations, receipts, wristband notices). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Pictures of both screens are below.
Changes. We may update these terms. The date below is the latest version.
